|Recommended: NoOverpriced and understaffed — The office is rarely staffed during normal business hours. It’s very annoying when you need to pick up your dry cleaning a package that couldn’t fit in the lockers. I have to make several trips to accomplish something simple. You can’t call yourself a luxury apartment when there’s no one to help you during published hours of business.

Our office is open 7 days a week and we do our best to ensure the doors are always open for our residents. However, there are days that one person is working alone, in which case they may have to close the door when they go on a tour. |Recommended: NoLooks nice, pretty small for the money, built very cheap. — We've been living here for a couple of months now, dealt with a few set backs, A C broke, laundry washer leaking, but got passed them. My roommate has been complaining that his 2nd bedroom hears the loud bang from the closing of the going upstairs door I'm not disagreeing with my neighbors here, its not their fault , reason for this is because we live on ground level and our unit abuts the entrance. lets not forget to mention that the entrance door slams as well, but just not as loud. Not only is the door slamming all the time, but the 2nd room is colder than the rest of the apartment during hotter months both bedrooms are warmer than the common area .
I'm not a builder or contractor, but In my opinion this is happening due too poor engineering.
Note I feel that we pay more than fair share to live on ground level, top that off with trying to sleep with a loud bang at your head, constantly. No bueno

|Recommended: YesOverall great — Everything else perfect, except the floor is a bit thin , I can feel the sofa is shaking when a 120lbs person walking around Constructions outside was extremely annoying, but I guess it was not related to this propriety and plus it was done.

|Recommended: YesEasy to call home — The apartment itself is well-constructed with all new appliances, a smart construction, and a hip design and layout. It's a quiet community with easy access to the amenities you need. As a complex, it is full of amenities that make living here so much more comfortable. There are plenty of spaces for socializing, relaxing, recreation, and getting stuff done. Modera is both comfortable and convenient.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We just moved to Boston and this is truly a great home for us so far. The community is great, everything is new and modern, plenty of amenities love hanging out on the rooftop lounge during the summer and the staff goes above and beyond to make everything perfect On top of that, it is so close to the T line, we always get home before our friends from a night out downtown. We lived in some other complex buildings, but this is still one of our favourites. The only reason why I gave 4 stars in the Noise section is because we could hear the construction during the summer pretty well, but thankfully that is gone now

|Recommended: YesAll fine, except the fire alarm — The accidental fire alarm is really annoying, but all other aspects are fine.

Love that we can walk out our back door onto the grass because it makes having a dog in an apartment so much easier Location is convenient, building is nice, we love our apartment.

|Recommended: YesWater Leak — Water leak from ceiling, took a long time to replace the whole ceiling, like one week i can't even live in my bedroom, and seems like the office doesn't feel sorry about this.
