|Recommended: YesIt is a comfortable community. — The apartment overall is a good place to stay. Living area is large enough and facilities are good as well. but the only thing also annoys me is the fire alarm. I was really hoping the issue can be fixed but over the year I stayed, I did not see much progress.

|Recommended: YesOverall its good still many issues to solve. — Overall its great living here. You will definitely be able to hear your neighbors especially if they are heavy walkers. The place looks beautiful but the floors are not a good color, easily scratched and it shows. Countertops stain and show rings even before we moved in. The amenities really make this place though. Great gym, lounge, pool, and garage parking. Maintenance is really helpful and always fast. Leasing staff will listen to your problems but cant do to much due to corporate, even if the negative situation was completely their fault. Fire alarms were a regular occurrence on average one every 2 weeks. This problem seems to be resolved as we haven't had one in 2 months. I would recommend this place to a friend as long as they resolve all of their construction and fire alarm pains. I am giving them one more year to see if all of my concerns get addressed. I do wish corporate would listen more but they seem to just be concerned about the profit.

|Recommended: YesExcellent amenities. Very pet friendly community. — Modera is a great, pet friendly community. We have plenty of space in our open layout of our 2 bed 2bath. Lots of well kept available community space, including the roof deck available to rent for private events. Plenty of green space and walk ways for our dog. The few things that could be upgraded buzz guests in option and move mailboxes away from trash room are minor inconveniences.
