|Recommended: YesWe love it here — We love living here. The building is brand new, the apartments are incredibly spacious and modern. The pool, gym, and social communities are great as well, much better than most apartments we’ve seen in the past The location has been great for us and our pup, we are right next to the train and live along the river walk which makes for great strolls with our dog especially with all the other dog friends around Everyone in the building has been friendly, the leasing office has been responsive, helpful, and just all around pleasant to interact with, and maintenance is quick and responsive. I highly recommend you check this place out

|Recommended: YesReally like it — We’ve been a part of the community here for about 7 months and really enjoy it. Great location, amazing amenities Wish there was more comraderie with the neighbors, but this is the Northeast in 2019, not the Midwest in the 1950s.

Opportunities, parking for guest outside, fridge would have thought freezer would be on bottom, dog park based on amount of dogs in building.

|Recommended: YesComfy, warm, luxurious, tranquil — It's like living in a holiday resort every day. Living quality is so much better than squeezing yourself in a house. Especially during the winter, the gym and public area let you feel you're not confined indoor.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — This is my first home in U.S., so I cannot compare to other apartments. However, my experience here has been great. The best thing is the neighborhood, T station and market close by. All the amenities for the winter and the community spirit that is fostered.
Also, the staff is very helpful, and the maintenance team is on top.

|Recommended: NoNoise is an issue — Unfortunately, we have very noisy upstairs neighbors that make for a less enjoyable time here. Also, way too many false fire alarms for comfort.

|Recommended: YesNice, but could be better — The building is pretty nice. It's in a very convenient location, new, generally clean, and quiet. The building materials and layouts for the apartments are less than ideal. For example, the flooring and wall paint are low quality and should be nicer given the price point for the apartment. As another example, the layout of my unit leaves a fair bit of dead, mostly unusable space in the bedroom and especially the bathroom that would be better served in the living room and or closet.

Very close to Boston. Of course, it is expensive, but you get everything you pay for

|Recommended: YesGrounds and Outdoor Construction Need Help — The lights in the back corner of the building towards the parkway never come on, which makes it incredibly dark and difficult to walk and pick up after a dog.
