|Recommended: NoThings about the apt — I did the survey and forgot to say that this Milly answering system is horrible and it is also very hard to talk to anybody in the office when needed also the stoves knobys r very dangerous u need to be vert careful that they r turned all the way cause the gas is still on

I wanted to share some quick feedback, as I've been living at Modera for three years. I wish I had more time to write more, but I'll summarize it here. Alex from maintenance at Modera has been amazing He’s always helpful, professional, and goes above and beyond to make tenants feel valued. Whether it’s responding quickly to requests, solving problems efficiently, or just being friendly and approachable, Alex consistently makes a positive impact on the community. His dedication and attention to detail show that he truly cares about the residents’ experience, and it’s a pleasure to interact with someone so committed to excellent service. |Recommended: YesPrompt and Efficient — I highly appreciate the maintenance team at Modera for always being prompt and efficient in their service. Everytime we have had any maintenance issue, the team has showed up within 24hrs to take care and resolve it. Very grateful.

I recently moved from unit 306 to 107, and I couldn’t be more grateful for Anthony’s help throughout the process. He was incredibly supportive, responsive, and made the transition smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a property manager who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, but Anthony is the exception. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

She is the biggest reason we went with this apartment and so happy to move soon.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Moving here has been easy and simple. Monica has provided great assistance during my move here and has provided lots of information and help before arriving here. The complex is beautiful, lots of great amenities, a short 10-to-15-minute drive to North end without traffic, located next to a lot of major shops, 10-minute walk to the T train lines and so much more. The maintenance staff has been quick in response. The staff all together have been very helpful and cooperative.

Monica was one of the main reasons why I was so quick to sign a lease here. It is very obvious that she cares about each resident and the quality of the living experience.
