|Recommended: YesOverall good place to live — The stuff are very helpful, and the maintenance are always responsive. Everything seems good except the noise. I can hear my neighbor upstairs everyday. And my floor shakes badly often because they are running in their apartment. My mug fall off the tea table once, and the wall decorations fall off multiple times. Another thing is the quality of materials. Floor s are uneven at many spot, and the microwave door handle broke twice already while using with normal force.

We have friendly neighbors and it feels like a city within our community. I specifically enjoy the little perks of biking, kayaking and party events organized by Modera.

|Recommended: YesGreat — Love this apartment. Lots of parking outside and in the garage. Apartment area is always clean and great amenities. Love the gym People in the office are friendly. Rooms within the apartment have pretty good sound insulation.
Only downside is that we can always hear our upstairs neighbor walking stomping around. It's so loud and makes our whole room shake sometimes. It gets annoying.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location Nice Amenities — The location is great. 7 minute walk to Wellington, or you can take the shuttle on weekdays. Also very close driving distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The complex itself has some awesome features. The gym is amazing, the common areas are always nice for relaxing and the occasional building party. Looking forward to getting to use the pool this summer. The apartment is great and any issues that have come up are usually fixed within a day. Our apartment faces the main road so it is a little loud during rush hours, but probably worth it for the awesome skyline views. Package system could be a little better during busy times but package concierge is great and staff is helpful if you can't find your package.

|Recommended: YesWe love it here — We love living here. The building is brand new, the apartments are incredibly spacious and modern. The pool, gym, and social communities are great as well, much better than most apartments we’ve seen in the past The location has been great for us and our pup, we are right next to the train and live along the river walk which makes for great strolls with our dog especially with all the other dog friends around Everyone in the building has been friendly, the leasing office has been responsive, helpful, and just all around pleasant to interact with, and maintenance is quick and responsive. I highly recommend you check this place out

|Recommended: YesReally like it — We’ve been a part of the community here for about 7 months and really enjoy it. Great location, amazing amenities Wish there was more comraderie with the neighbors, but this is the Northeast in 2019, not the Midwest in the 1950s.
