|Recommended: YesGreat place to live with helpful and friendly staff. — Modera Medford is a great place to live. It's a 5 minute walk to the T, close enough to the city but not too close, and has great amenities. With a bigger gym area than most other places to live, a very nice pool area and a sky deck that has an amazing view of the city skyline, it's hard to compete with Modera Medford.

|Recommended: YesGreat building, terrible traffic — Love the apartment a bit loud hearing neighbors above. But it’s beautiful and has all amenities. However traffic in and out in any direction is terrible.

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live. — I rent a unit with small upstairs den. Very nicely designed. Convenient location. Common areas are huge and staff keeps them shinny and clean. I would suggest they should use chemicals that don't have so strong odor, because are respiratory irritants hazardous. The gym is great Office staff is very courteous and diligent. Maintenance is very responsive. Excellent place to stay.

|Recommended: YesGreat place. Some associates are excellent and some not — The apartment is great and in a great locality with a river view and closer to the T station and public transport. The maintenance staff are awesome. They are always ready to help with any problems we have.
When I had questions, Ashley and Katie who used to work previously were super helpful and considerate. The newer staff are helpful too.
However, I had a really bad experience dealing with a leasing staff at the time of move-in which left a really bad impression in me. I took care only to reach out to Ashley or others when I had questions from then on.
It has been great since and I have decided to extend my lease too. Yay

|Recommended: YesWE LOVE MODERA — I can't tell you enough how much we love Modera Medford. We only moved from a mile away but since day one the property staff couldn't be more helpful and nice. We love our apartment as well. Location is perfect for commuting into the city as well. 16 minutes from your door to north station
