|Recommended: YesIt's an OK place to live, convenient location — I like living at the Modera - as far as luxury living goes I would say not the best, but not the worst. A lot of the fellow neighbors are a lot more rude here than anywhere else I've ever lived so that's definitely not great. The amenities are awesome - but I haven't been able to utilize any of them due to covid-19. The parking garage is amazing, and the overall cleanliness of the building is great during the week, weekends can get dirty because no one is really on staff to clean. I live on the highest floor which is amazing because no one lives above me, however my downstairs neighbors complain frequently that they can hear my roommate or the dog. Maintenance staff is A they get things done immediately and are always very friendly, sometimes their fixes are less conventional but it still gets the job done. The property staff leaves little to be desired. I don't think I've even seen them Their office is closed due to Covid but I don't think that many people would be walking in daily so that should change w precautions. Rammel is the only person I know he's pretty quick to respond and always very friendly and helpful. I know a new woman just joined and she seems awesome as well. Not sure about the other two who work here or what they do The packages are a complete and utter disaster - if you get a lot of things shipped to you - do. not. live. here. It will take anywhere from 5-25 minutes to find a package in this building, it's absurd. The grounds are nice if you have a dog because the building is right on the mystic river reservation which is beautiful for walking. Living here is a little better than OK, but some other luxury buildings might be built better w better neighbors and property staff. Don't love it, don't hate it. I would probably sign a lease to live here again just so I don't need to move.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live at — Amenities like community room, Gym, Roofdeck, indoor parking, Walkway by the river and the access to Orange line its an overall great place to live at. Management is also very helpful, talking from a personal experience my interaction with Anthony has been great.

|Recommended: YesComfortable, Safe, and Enjoyable — Modera is a perfect place to live as an early professional. It's comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable to live at at an affordable pricing. There are a few issues though. I do wish there were more signs to certain building amenities. For instance, the rooftop is difficult to find and the paper signs that someone put up looks unprofessional and sloppy. Also the TV in the yoga room gym does not work and there should be display port to HDMI adapter available so residents can hook up their phones to the TV. Overall, I love being a resident here and am enjoying my time here.

It is a wonderful place for a comfortable life with a good facility and the environment. I enjoy the time with my neighbors, and faculties here are also helpful and friendly. Pet friendly We are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds, with walking paths along the river. Great views.So many stores nearby, everything you need. Transit nearby with free shuttle to and from. Located in the midst of business park so not a lot of through traffic, so if feels very safe here. It's just a great place to live. New resident very impressed thus far. Reasonably priced and high quality materials in apartments.

|Recommended: YesGreat, but parking can be improved — We are very happy with the community here. However, having to drive past 3 empty floors of parking spots everyday because we have to park above the third floor is a bit obnoxious.
Also, residents on the upper floors should be required encouraged to use area rugs in their units to reduce ceiling noise for the units below them.
The maintenance and office team are amazing. The people here are super friendly and tend to their tenants quite well.
